This Home Block Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from
our old vines surrounding our home in the heart of Coonawarra.
This wine shows the true essence of Coonawarra with rich,dark
Berry fruits and concentrated flavours of cassis.this is combined
with maturation in new French and American oak for 28 months
creating wonderful structure and a smooth,fine tannin finish.
This full bodied wine will mature gracefully beyond 2012.
Only 750 cases of this limited release wine have been produced,
some of which we will drink and cellar for ourselves over
the next few decades. The rest is yours to enjoy.
