But who could grieve over a light, fruity, vibrant wine when all you need to do is drink it! Envy retains the subtle & elegant character of Shiraz with lush berry & plum flavours. White shiraz gets its name from having  the red grape skins removed part way through fermentation which gives it a lighter colour.
Envy is at its best when enjoyed with chicken, salads and cold morsels…
