Most grapes, whether white or red skinned, have clear flesh. To make this rose style wine, the red shiraz grapes are pressed very softly so that limited colour from the skin is imparted into the wine. The resulting wine displays typical shiraz characters of berry fruit and pepper while also being soft and juicy in flavour.
White Shiraz is a versatile food wine that can also be enjoyed on its own.
