The Salitage Vineyard has some unique characteristics which contribute to the flavour, complexity and the ultimate quality of our wines. The elevated ironstone gravelly soils together with the cool and even temperatures during the ripening period enable us to produce wines that have structural complexity and intense fruit flavours .Discerning wine consumers are increasingly looking to the source of grapes from which particular wines are made .Every Salitage wine is made exclusively from Estate Grown grapes from the Salitage vineyard in Pemberton, Westem Australia.
Pink grapefruit and peach aromatics.  Palate shows strong fruit drive with stonefruit and citrus flavours, some nutty yeast lees character, a richly textured mid palate shows mineral notes and finishes crisply and cleanly.
An excellent example of pure unadulterated Chardonnay fruit.
