Our Cabernet is a classic, all blackberries, vanilla, beautifully posed and harmonious. Made in traditional way.

A complex, plush yet stately wine, with all the characteristics Cabernet notes of a savoury nature with nuances of blackberries and vanilla with just a whiff of hedgerow. A svelte yet seductive palate with depth and length, layers of fruit with a core of fine tannins and well balance that will reward long term cellaring.
