Fruit for this wine is sourced from the Barreca family vineyard in Donnybrook.The Barreca family are 5th generation grape grpwers who take great pride and care in producing us the most vibrant shiraz fruit that we have seen in WA.

This is the premier release of the Della Fay Shiraz.

Clear crimson-purple; the bouquet is full of cassis fruit that also arrives first on the palate; precisely judged tannins follow, providing line, length and balance; good oak handling.
