The High Country Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful example of the benefits from
grapes grown at higher altitude. The long, cool growing period produces grapes with
soft, elegant and intense fruit flavours that are evident in this wine. Displaying classic
wild berry fruit aromas, the palate is long and rich, supported by fine-grained tannins.
These flavours would be an ideal match to roasted meats, game and mature cheese.
