The best if the Merlot grown in the Temple Bruer vineyard was reserved for this opulent wine. Open fermentation and maturation in French oak Stakvats and barriques has added complexity to the mulberry Merlot notes, with elegant ye full-flavoured fruit supported by a soft tannin structure. This wine will complement many fine foods. The wine was not cold stablised and may develop a crust on aging.
