A full bodied style vintaged from Shiraz(65%) and Malbec(35%) fruit, which was fermented in open fermenters and pressed to extract maximum flavour and well-balanced soft, fine-grained tannins. Warm cherry and blackberry fruit aromas are enhanced by soft vanilla and cinnamon characters on the nose. The palate is big and full yet soft with many attractive flavours, from wild berries, cherries, vanilla and coconut to earthy characters… a captivating wine of great finesse and complexity, which promises long-term cellaring potential.
